John 21:1-14

Peace and many many blessings to you. You did not hear from me yesterday because I am at empty. My dog for 17 years, Tazi, died yesterday and I am dealing with a difficult church issue which you will hear about Sunday and of course the mass shooting aftermath.

Sometimes all you can do is barely do. Today our Lord appears and asks the disciples to throw their nets on the right side. What if they had always thrown their nets the left side… what if it’s all they knew? Throw your net on the right side. I am definitely catching nothing emotionally or spiritually these past two days. Maybe God is speaking to you as well, maybe he is saying leave it alone and come back to it tomorrow or today is not the day. Regardless being a resurrection people is about fighting to find life. Rest in peace Tazi and may healing come to those who struggle.
