Non-Profit Tithing Application

As a community, Rabbouni believes in giving back to where we pray, live, and work. This form is an application for local non-profits to apply for altruistic funding based on their needs and the ability of the community. Not all applications will be funded, but they will be considered. In addition to this form, we require your audit, budget, and published materials about your organization.
